    Chira is a Missoula native and has been with Summit Property Management since the beginning of 2006. Chira obtained her property management license early in 2005 and had been exposed to the real estate management industry for many years prior through family owned investment management.

    Chira is currently the Vice President of Summit Property Management and has owned rental property since 2004.

    Chira is a proud mother of two beautiful children. She loves being a mom and spending time with her wonderful family and friends. Chira also loves traveling and has spent several years in Australia, California and Hawaii enjoying the oceans. Reestablished in Montana, she spends time hiking, gardening, cooking and playing at Flathead lake.

    Robin is a third generation Montanan and joined our team in April of 2013. She began working in property management in 1995 and obtained her property management license in 2004.

    Robin and her husband have enjoyed spending time together renovating their home in Missoula and their lake front property on Flathead Lake, which they continue to enjoy sharing with family and friends.

    Sheila is a Montana native who grew up in Whitefish and later settled in the Bitterroot Valley. After spending over 10 years in hospitality management, she has joined the Summit team as a licensed property manager. She looks forward to working with real estate investors and tenants alike to continue building a strong community in the Missoula and Bitterroot areas. Sheila finds great reward in a job well done.

    Sheila enjoys spending her free time in the wilds of Montana with her magnificent family. When the opportunity presents itself, she loves traveling to the Pacific Coast and the Southwest with family and friends. Her other hobbies include landscaping, reading and painting.

    Jennifer is a born and raised Missoula Native. She loves to spend her time reading, painting pottery, and spending time with her two boys and her partner as well as their many pets. She also enjoys skiing, baking with her boys, and going to concerts.

    She began her property management career in 2011 and is excited to continue her career and to be a part of the Summit Property Management team.

    Michael raised his family in southeast Idaho and moved to Missoula in 2010. His family was instantly enamored by the community and the sense of togetherness that all the downtown events bring. His previous work was in cultural resource management and archaeology. Michael attended Idaho State University and holds degrees in Anthropology, and a Minor in American Indian Studies.

    Together, with his significant other, he enjoys watching their adult children progress on their paths in life. In his spare time he enjoys walking with his partner and their dog Annie, playing guitar, and replicating stone tools. His family hopes to grow deep roots in Missoula, and loves the nearby outdoor opportunities the greater Missoula area affords.

    Kari has Minnesota roots and is a transplant to Montana when she moved to the state in 2012. She graduated from University of Wisconsin – River Falls with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration - Management. Kari has been with Summit Property Management since 2014 and received her Property Management license soon after being hired. Since then, she has obtained her Real Estate license and is finding new learning opportunities in that field.

    Glacier National Park is her favorite place to spend time with her family. She is active in the community with her role as a foster/adoptive parent.

    Christine has an Associate Degree in Accounting and over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She is also the Treasurer for her church.

    Christine is a transplant from Pennsylvania who relocated to Missoula with her family in July of 2009 to be closer to Glacier National Park and Yellowstone and all of the beautiful places that the northwest has to offer. She enjoys attending all of the local cultural and sporting events. Go Griz!

    Christine’s interests include being very active in her church, spending time with her family, and walking their 90 lb. Australian Cattle dog, Alfred.

    Marlee was born and raised in Wisconsin but has lived in Montana most of her life so the mountains are where she calls home. Marlee loves watching her Badger and Packer football, taking long drives in the mountains, animals and wildlife, bonfires, Flathead Lake, country music, eating good food, and being around good company and her amazing family. Marlee enjoys being able to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

    Bill has spent most of his life in the Missoula area. He has also lived in Phoenix, AZ as well as Auburn, WA. He is married to Beth and father to their son Scott. Bill was hired on with Peak Maintenance after selling a business that he had operated for a number of years. He felt it was time for a change and the maintenance field appealed to him for the wide range of tasks that the position offers. He never knows what his day will be like from one day to the next. That keeps him looking forward to the next adventure. He enjoys the challenges and problem solving that is required to deal with those challenges. His coworkers are supportive and help him do the best job that he can do for our valued customers.
